Provided timely information regarding the best practices, technical issues, legislative matters, and various educational opportunities deemed important to members by means of direct, bi-weekly newsletter emails and postings to the IFCA website.

Conducted other educational and regional networking sessions at various locations throughout the state. Arranged and supported regular meetings for specialized sections within the Association to address issues impacting their disciplines. These included Public Safety Educators, Emergency Medical Services, and Aviation and Technical Rescue sections.
