Regulatory: ihca's regulatory services include monitoring for compliance with current laws and regulations regarding licensure and payment for services rendered, assistance with ongoing compliance, interaction with regulatory agencies, and coordination with other providers that touch the nursing facility and assisted living facility profession. The regulatory services provide quarterly education sessions for members and also include the operation of two standing committees of the association: the regulatory/clinical committee and the payment/reimbursement committee.
