Indiana Mason Contractors Association Inc

The corporation is organized and operated exclusively to promote the business interest of the mason contracting industry and is a nonprofit corporation and its activities shall be conducted in such a manner that no part of its net earnings shall inure to the benefit of any member, director, or officer or other private person, except that the corporation shall be authorized and empowered to pay reasonable compensation for services rendered and to make payments and distributions in futherance of its nonprofit activities and purposes.
