2024 irmca scholarship golf outing on september 17, the organization held its annual scholarship golf outing. Two scholarships of $1,500 each were given. For the first time in many years the entire outing was sold out, with 36 teams and 144 golfers attending. The event offered a great day of networking opportunities.

2024 mixer skills competition on august 24, 2024 the organization held its mixer skills competition. This a membership perk that honors the drivers within the association, with a record number of 20 drivers welcomed. Drivers compete in a driving course, written test, and pre-trip inspection to find out who is the best of the best. The winner receives an expenses paid trip to the national competition along with a trophy, and their name is engraved on the traveling trophy. The organization provided food for all drivers and their families. Trophies honored 1st, 2nd and 3rd place drivers.
