Community solutions: inhp is creating opportunities for individual homeowners and neighborhoods with targeted investments across the city as we develop single family homes, provide access to capital and expertise, and partner with neighborhoods to respond to the shortage of affordable homes for families of low and moderate incomes. Across inhp's community solutions, we impacted 747 affordable housing units. Some key accomplishments include: - sold one property in our tod landbank to a developer for affordable housing - provided $2.6 million in community loans impacting 230 affordable housing units - developed 13 new affordable homes across indianapolis

Policy and research solutions: inhp supports the procurement of data and research from state, local and national research organizations regarding affordable housing and community development. The results of this work inform our work and is shared broadly to support the local knowledge base relative to the demand for and supply of affordable housing.
