The purpose of the Indigenous Rights Center is to promote the wellbeing of Indigenous Peoples and preserve and defend the rights and civil liberties of all Native Americans.

General Assistance/Gift Drive Project: Managed assistance programs all year long to serve reservations and also meet the needs of economically disadvantaged and homeless Indians in the Albuquerque area. In 2022 the IRC provided 21 grants related to COVID Crisis Relief.
Environmental Justice - Activities related to the existence of radiation in the region, specifically that which affects Indigenous lands and Indigenous Peoples.
