Indigenousways promotes living in balance for communities through music, arts, outreach and events. Our vision is to reach and uplift communities through music, the arts, and indigenous wisdom, fostering connection and resilience.

In 2024, the indigenousways circle hosted 12 virtual sessions that highlighted the voices of 12 inspiring presenters, supported by 24 asl interpreters. These sessions reached 420 live participants on zoom and garnered an impressive 9,853 views from the year's video archives, bringing the total to 14,590 views across all archived events. This impactful series celebrated indigenous voices while prioritizing accessibility and inclusion.

In 2024, our media arts program proudly completed the indigenous ways documentary, which debuted at the prestigious 2025 film festival. That same year, we launched an innovating plains indian sign language project in collaboration with james wooden legs, a deaf northern cheyenne, and a team of three filmmakers, including one who is also deaf. These projects exemplify our dedication to preserving indigenous culture and elevating all voices.
