Indigo Theater

Indigo Theater was formed exclusively for charitable, religious, educational, and scientific purposes, including for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under Section 501(c)(3) or the IRS Code, or corresponding section of any further federal tax code. Indigo Theater will promotes advancement of art, whether visual arts or the performing arts such as music, dance, and theater.
