Annual convention. IMSA conducted its annual convention on during December 2023. Activities during convention include lectures, family program, and annual general body meeting. More than 1000 participants attended the convention.

Charity. IMSA collected donations through main program ZISWAF obligatory alms collected from Muslim community in the US and Quran annual donation to buy goats or cow to be slaughtered and distributed to the poor. Distribution through PKPU http//www.pkpu.or.iod/english RZI
