Industrial Arts Workshop Inc

After school welding labs: are an opportunity for students ages 14-18 to come to the workshop after school to learn technical welding skills and about creative metal sculpture creation. Labs take place in the spring and fall for 10-11 week sessions. Each week, students meet monday - friday from 4:00pm to 7:00pm. This program is more open ended than our summer welding bootcamp program and is largely student directed in terms of scope and projects.

Mobile welding lab: is the program that holds the roots of the iaw. In the beginning iaw started as a mobile sculpture workshop - a passion project of executive director, tim kaulen, and some close friends that eventually evolved into all that iaw is today. While we do not have a mobile welding lab program running, we are working on grant funding for a new truck that would make all of our mobile welding lab dreams come true.
