The industrial center of mckeesport association was formed to provide for the operation, beautification, maintenance, improvement, and management of the common areas of the industrial center of mckeesport, which include the green space, signage, lighting fixtures, walkways, and other areas of the industrial center of mckeesport that are used, or are available to be used, by the public, without any restrictions on public access, except as necessary for public safety.
