Infinite Journey Foundation

Mission Statement: This organization's mission is to provide a stable and supportive atmosphere for individuals who age out of foster care to become independent and productive participants in society despite life's many obstacles. This organization aims to provide transitional housing and supportive services (e.g., employment, education, and case management services) that meet each individual's needs. The program's structure will be individualized to enhance these young adults' quality of life, independence, and mental health needs. Infinite Journey Foundation will achieve this through direct support, construction, and modeling to aid in their self-improvement.
