Information Systems Security Association

Monthly chapter meetings were conducted for more than 400 members,which included networking, presentations, and industry leader speakers. The subject matter of the presentations included non-technical (leadership, compliance, metrics, security awareness) and technical issues. Continuing professional education credits were offered. Addtionally, we hosted the annual cissp review.

We actively supported the cyber patriot program, aimed at cultivating interest and involvement in information security among high school students. Additionally, we contributed to the community by providing scholarships to local schools to bolster information security curriculums.
