Ihs is leading the way in developing the inaugural solano master plan for aging and disability (mpad) in collaboration with its community partners. The aging population is reshaping solano county's community in ways that impact everyone. The solano mpad will serve is a guideline for residents of all ages and abilities in solano and is anticipated to remain a dynamic document for years to come. The goals and objectives of the solano mpad action plan are in harmony with the california mpa's five bold goals for 2030.
