Personal Mentoring is the heart of our mission, as our adult coaches help each teen to articulate their big win, the life they want to live, and then help them begin stacking smaller wins to get there.

Vocational Training equips foster youth with the character, confidence, and skills they need to live independently and provide for others. In addition to preparing them for the workplace through workshops and personal mentoring, we partner with local business that provide one-off jobs, apprenticeships, shadowing, and/or employment opportunities to qualified teens.
