Contracted with csedresearch.org as a pass through entity for government funding. The organization filed articles of amendment with the state of illinois to change its name to institute for advancing computing education effective june 15, 2023. Not applicable as there were no such committees during the year. The president & ceo reviews the return intiially. Once any concerns have been addressed, a draft of the return is sent to the chair and treasurer for their review. Once chair and treasurer are satisfied with the draft, the final version is sent to the entire board for their review. Once any board concerns have been addressed, the return is filed with the irs. Directors and officers must sigh every year. For the president & ceo, the organization uses an evaluation form with a form with a non-profit standard rubric, comparable data from published sources of other non-profits in similar fields, and benefits for similar non-profits. The president & ceo rescuses themself from the board discussion and the remainder of the board, led by the chair, discuss performance against key metrics, comparable data, and the rubric to determine the final salary package for the upcoming year. Grade bands for all employees were used in combination with written annual reviews to determine pay increases. Additionally, a one-time cost of living adjustment was made to all employees in 2022.
