Invest in Women Forum, benefited 120 people. Architecture, Construction and Engineering are all struggling with a tremendous shortage of skilled talent. It is more important than ever for organizations to be able to attract, support and retain a talented workforce and to encourage more women to pursue and build vibrant careers in architecture, engineering and construction. Unfortunately, their attrition rate also remains high in these industries. Developing and retaining a skilled workforce includes identifying and addressing the specific needs of women in our industry. Man or Woman; Male or Female Brain, I-LinCPs Annual Invest in Women Forum will give you and your team the tools you need to excel as an Employer of Choice and a roadmap for individual continued career planning and success. This unique Forum provides a venue to engage everyone from executives to those just beginning their careers with active, hands on sessions and vibrant networking with the best and brightest in the AEC industry. In our usual ILinCP Forum style, Keynotes become table participants and table participants become presenters, encouraging participants to assimilate what they are learning. Join local, state and national leaders and subject matter experts as we candidly explore and address the issues affecting women in our industry. This Forum provides a venue to openly discuss issues affecting women in our industry and ideas and strategies to address those issues.
Lone Star Sustainability Forum. Benefited 163 people. It is a unique opportunity to focus on sustainability and design in Texas to come together to share best practices, new ideas, concerns, and opportunities with other public Owners as well as gain insights from architects, engineers, contractors, and all design and construction industry stakeholders who help to make our projects successful.

This AEC industry event will include prizes for a putting contest, achieving a hole in one and other golfing feats. By sponsoring or participating, you're helping to ensure a legacy of industry superstars.
