Work and learn indiana is the catalyst for expanding the creation and use of high-quality experiential learning opportunities as key strategy in retaining indiana's top talent. The program links indiana employers, learners, high schools, colleges and universities. It is a dynamic, searchable database, matching and reporting system that also provides resources and guidance on work-based learning opportunities.
Provides skills-based hiring, training and support to businesses across the state. This training provides employers with the resources and knowledge to differentiate their hiring and onboarding processes, opening new opportunities to skilled candidates and broadening the applicant pool for employers.
