Member conference: educate members of the cause of missionary works and envision the members for their participation based on the biblical teaching of mathew 28: 19-20

Education program: iacd planned to setup a shelter for returning missionary who planned stay at project site for short term basis, but missionaries stay at project site more than 5 years that returning missionaries are having hard time to adopt old home environment. Iacd recognized the need establishing a shelter for those missionaries to train and reshape old skilled to go back to their original homeland, iacd had decided to set the center in south korea.
