Healthcare: Since May 18, 2022, ICA has collaborated with its partner organizations to deliver healthcare services to displaced and vulnerable populations in Chin State, Myanmar, and Mizoram State, India. During 2024, ICA operated one clinic in Mizoram State of India, two clinics in Chin State and mobile clinics at both locations for displaced and local people affected by the conflict in Myanmar. One of the two clinics was newly opened in 2024.

Education: During 2024, ICA had higher education and basic eduation programs. ICA worked with two universities in Northeast India for 14 Myanmar displaced students to continue their higher education. Under basic education programs, ICA supported over 550 teachers for over 6,000 students from primary to high school in Chin State of Myanmar. In Mizoram State of India, ICA supported 16 teachers for refugee schools in Zokhawthar town near Myanmar border. ICA also supported over 5000 refugee students in Lunglei, Aizawl, Uilui, Zokhawthar, Zote and Lawngtlai with study materials, school uniforms and cost to repair classrooms and school facilities like bathrooms. ICA also worked it its partner organizations to facilitate teachers' education training for 10 times in 2024.

Humanitarian Relief: In 2024, ICA continued its humanitarian programs in Chin State of Myanmar and Mizoram State and Manipur State of India. In Chin State, ICA provided food, shelter materials, water storage tanks, clothing, and other essential supplies across seven townships in Chin State, Myanmar. In Mizoram and Manipur States of India, ICA worked with its partner organizations to provide shelter materials, household and food items, water storage systems and hygiene kits and supported education, healthcare for displaced and local people. Additionally, ICA conducted training on mine risk awareness, airstrike preparedness, safety, and first aid for camp leaders along the India-Myanmar border, enabling them to educate others in their communities.
