Mission
The institute of soil and soul is a nonprofit jewish community farm that practices regenerative agriculture, donates all of its produce to local food pantries, and provides agricultural education rooted in jewish wisdom. Our mission is to make nutrient-dense food more accessible while addressing food insecurity in the greater chicago area. We also offer educational programs and meaningful community-building experiences to local jewish schools, synagogues, and organizations.
