Instruments 4 Change mission is to empower target communities to comprehensively grasp, effectively respond to, and actively engage with the challenges posed by climate change. This encompasses enhancing their understanding, bolstering their capacity, and facilitating their involvement in addressing the onset of climate change impacts. We will realize the mission through a multifaceted approach that includes educational initiatives, capacity-building, technical assistance, strategic communication, and other interventions aimed at nurturing understanding and capability within the target demographic.
