Residential recovery - residential programs serve individuals who are on a path to recovery from substance abuse disorders and/or mental health issues. Residential addiction recovery includes detoxification, withdrawal management, and supportive housing. Mental health support provides supervised housing for people with chronic and severe mental illness and/or addiction disorders. Over 2,400 individuals were served during fiscal year 2024.

Community services - services are community based to provide mental health services to those in crisis, provide care coordination to link services to those in need, job placement, social rehabilitation, and jail divsersion and re-entry services to the community for those recently released from prison. Over 2,200 individuals were served during fiscal year 2024.

Sbhc services - services include primary care and mental health care provided within schools located within east hartford and manchester. Over 24,000 services were provided to nearly 2,200 students during fiscal year 2024.other services - services related to data collection programs relating to health disparities for those with chronic medical conditions, education and training programs, and other programs not defined in intercommunity's main service line.
