Healthy aging in place: senior assistance interfaith caregivers focuses on removing the barriers to independence for seniors by providing volunteer assistance with tasks around the home that become more difficult with age. Volunteers, both individuals and groups, help with requests for lawn mowing, leaf raking, and snow shoveling. Volunteers also offer companionship through friendly visits, the kindness crew visits, and kindness calls, which are well-check calls made to isolated seniors to check-on health & wellbeing. Volunteers also provide food & essential delivery from grocery stores and food pantries, meals on wheels, and stock box deliveries. In 2024, 151 seniors were helped with 1,550 services provided and 2,559 volunteer hours.

H.e.l.p. Corner (health equipment lending program) this is a durable medical equipment loan program operated by interfaith staff and volunteers. H.e.l.p. Corner ensures that citizens of washington county have access to necessary medical equipment, including wheelchairs, walkers, knee scooters, shower chairs, ramps, red rails, etc. In 2024, 1,452 individuals were served, and 2,608 pieces of equipment were loaned. The services were provided with 3,462 volunteer hours.
