Accompaniment Legal Support Fund - This fund provides family and immigration legal support through education materials, connection to attorneys, and grants to support legal, filing and professional support fees. Priority for need-based assistance is given to underserved communities, youth, victims of crimes, parents with young children, the elderly and those with disabilities. Legal Funds support, on average, around 150 families pursuing complex legal cases, and reaches at least 750 community members/families through education events and materials.

Leadership and Professional Development Training - Through our Cultivamos and Adelante programs we provide education, training, support and professional development opportunities for underserved youth, young adults, and their parents. This includes a summer fellowship program, a community leadership training program, work authorization support, and grants for those wishing to create a small business or engage in licensing or skills-building. These programs support around 80 youth and adult community members annually, working with 15-20 host organizations.

Family Crisis Fund - cash assistance to people experiencing a crisis who are locked out of more traditional forms of credit and support due to barriers such as legal status, identification requirements, language and literacy barriers. Through this fund, we continue to support households after the death of a loved one, a cancer diagnosis, a severe accident, a family separation and many other crisis scenarios.

ISAAC is also the fiscal sponsor for The Latino Dream, an affiliated program started in 2022 to serve the needs of Latine communities in south Larimer County. The project's goal is to create a more unified and connected community through advocacy, direct service, recreational belonging, and community development. The program's 2023 income expenses are reflected in these consolidated financial statements.

Other program expenses include community empowerment workshops with resources targeting community health, small business support and skill-building, education opportunities and legal support; newcomer support in the form of winter gear and hygiene products for Middle and High School youth in the school district each fall; trainings and conflict mediation support for small landlords and tenants, education forums and trainings for faith communities and fellow organizations/agencies focused on reducing community barriers, creating mutual understanding and stimulating community economic development and thriving. ISAAC provides workshops and other programs to approximately 1500 community members/family units in collaboration with with 40+ organizations, institutions, local government agencies and supported by many individual volunteers from our faith communities.
