Mission
Labor Union represents every craft behind the camera involved in the making of motion pictures. Our goal is to improve wages,hours of work, increase job security and better working conditions. With collective bargaining, our objective is to obtain benefits for film techs.
Programs

Encouraging the Texas and Oklahoma Legislative bodies to incentivize film projects in these states. Union members work with Lawmakers to create incentives to bring productions to Texas and Oklahoma. These incentives offer rebates on in state spending to film production companies shooting in Texas and Oklahoma, bringing work and increasing economies of both states.
Provide post high school scholarships to member dependents for higher education.
