Raising funds to provide financial assistance to individuals who have demonstrated scholastic ability, good moral character, and qualities of leadership and who might otherwise not be able to meet the financial obligations required to attend a learning institution that allows the applicant to pursue their desired educational goal. Applicants considered are those who are york county residents committed to further their education in fire services, emergency services, nursing, or conservation.
