The organization owns & maintains a facility that includes a meeting hall and offices to meet with members and carry on the business of the union.

The organization sponsors a benevolent program for those members who chose to participate. Participants pay into the program through voluntary payroll deduction and receive an accumulated benefit at retirement. This year the program was defunded and all monies were distributed back to the participating members.
