To protect the job rights of the membership of the local in accordance with the contract with the city of west bend; the strengthening and protection of our pension laws; the support of political action pertinent to this local; to promote professionalism; to work for the betterment of salaries, working conditions, fringe benefits, etc. For the membership; that are reasonable and just; in accordance with their status as professional firefighters, emergency medical or rescue workers; to bear in mind at all times and respect the rights of others and to promote harmony in the fire department.
