To cultivate a closer feeling of friendship and fellowship among the fire fighters of the city of beloit; the promotion of legislation to advance the interests of fire fighters; the establishment, preservation and promotion of an effective and substantial pension law; the establishment, preservation and promotion of a civil service law; to protect the fire fighter in their positions and the establishment of the right of collective bargaining for the fire fighters in every department in the city of beloit and the state of wisconsin.
