The iaff's mission is to unite fire fighters and emergency medical/rescue workers to advocate for their well-being, improve their working conditions, and advance the fire service. They aim to secure just compensation, safe work environments, and a higher level of skills and efficiency within the fire service, while fostering positive relationships between fire fighters and their employers.
