The objectives and aims of the union is the development of a higher degree of skill and efficiency, the maintenance of discipline, careful observance of the rules and regulations of the fire department, the cultivation of a closer degree of friendship and fellowship among it members in order to secure for the membership the intellectual, social, and economic privileges that are due to all persons. We fight to advance and protect wages, hours, working conditions and the quality of fire rescue services provided to the citizen of boulder and the surrounding districts that we serve.
