Member education - a prime focus of the wscff is to educate individual members and member locals to prepare them to represent their respective memberships at the bargaining table, or concerning job place issues that may arise with their employer.

Wscff board - the wscff board is charged with oversight of the administrative operations of the organization.

Other programs services are related the following programs: legislative events and conferences, executive board and committees, contributions to segregated fund, other events and conferences, iaff activities, political activities.
