The primary exempt purpose of the organization is to serve the community residents and the community-at-large through offering vision, hearing and general assistance programs.

GRANTS: (1) Community-based assistance and fostering of civic engagement; specifically: (1) Grant to a local 501c3 food pantry ($3,000); (2) Grant to several community 501c3 organizations who provide community meeting space or sport fields for residents ($1,150); (3) Grant to a community 501c3 organizations providing general assistance to vision-impaired residents ($5,000); (4) Grant to a 501c3 organization providing services to Veterans ($1,572); (5) Grant to the state Fallen FireFighter Memorial honoring a local firefighter ($150); (6) Grant to two local high school student organizations ($500); (7) Memorial grants to two animal rescue organizations ($450); (8) Grant to a community 501c3 organization for improvements to our local Park Dept Rail Trail ($500); (9) Grant to the county Meals-on-Wheels sponsoring an annual BBQ event for all of their clients ($880); NON-GRANTS: (10) Direct assistance through supplies for hosting community activities such as a halloween program, US flags along Main Street, Easter egg hunts, and a town-hall-style forum for candidates seeking town and school elected positions ($1,318).
Contribute towards large-scale humanitarian challenges by funding assistance projects sponsored by our parent organizations at the state level (NH Lions Sight & Hearing Foundation, $4,000) and at the national level (Lions Club International Foundation $2,000).
