Community service the oak creek lions sponsor fund raising events and use the proceeds to fund and support numerous community charities and lions charities.

The club makes grants to a number of lions charities, including: hope house for families visiting patients, camp for children with disablities, diabetes awareness, guide dogs for blind persons, wisconsin lions eye bank, oak creek lions community foundation & lions clubs international relief fund.
The oak creek lions operate as a club and as such pays dues to lions internationa and the wisconsin lions. The club maintains the festival park and building in oak creek. The club promotes leadership development for its members.
