The members of local union 1040, ibew will endeavor to foster and nurture a productive work environment that promotes the spirit of unity and provides an atmosphere that respects the individual strengths of each member. We recognize that each member's unique strengths contribute to the overall efficiency and strength of our union. By working cooperatively with management, we seek to resolve any issues that may arise in the ever-changing business environment that would interfere with our common goal of providing energy and its related products by the workforce herein comprised.
