Built and launched our full member program. This program establishes standards for entry, grants members the attached benefits, lay the groundwork for our associate program launching, and our internship program launching. Both of those programs work towards our goal for bringing diversity to set lighing, as well as our goals of establishing standards and building a professional, connected set lighting community
