Mission
International Council for Refugees and Immigrants (ICRI) delivers immediate philanthropic support to equip vulnerable, and underserved refugees and immigrant's populations by providing culturally and linguistically appropriate client centered services and advocacy.
Programs

Case Management - ICRI provides client-centered, multi-dimensional, and holistic case management to refugees, immigrants, asylees, and human trafficking victims in Omaha and surrounding areas. This programming includes extended cultural orientation, language access, employment services, education, and housing assistance.
Immigration Services -ICRI is recognized by the Department of Justice through the Office of Legal Access Programs, allowing them to provide low-cost immigration services to low income refugees and immigrants. ICRI's services include filing family reunification petitions, adjustment of status applications, naturalization applications, immigration consultations, asylum applications, and travel document applications.
Mental Health and Peer Support - ICRI provides medical and mental health case management in order to increase client confidence in accessing healthcare. Services provided include medical and mental health case management, health appointment assistance, medication management support, and health access advocacy.
Career and Economic Advancement - ICRI provides assistance to Afghan parolee newcomers in reestablishing their careers in the United States through English training, degree recertification, and career-specific training. Additionally, ICRI will provide low-interest business loans of up to $15,000 to help eligible refugee and immigrants start and maintain their small businesses.
Domestic Violence Support - ICRI provides services to refugees are or were victims of domestic violence. ICRI offers resources to these individuals including safety planning and counseling services.
Refugee Home Ownership - ICRI helps refugees access safe and affordable housing. This allows refugees to foster a more stable home environment for themselves and their families.
