We have worked to provide agricultural development assistance to the people of Afghanistan by creating and developing programs to eradicate development of poppy cultivation. We have provided development projects for agriculture, training, and alternative livelihoods by working with local farmers to create self sufficient economic programs. Again, turmoil in Afghanistan has caused the nursery project to struggle and long-term planning remains difficult.
