For over 110 years, IILA has been providing diverse social services including free or low-cost preschool education,refugee resettlement, human trafficking and immigration legal services for low-income individuals and families throughout Los Angeles County.

Programs

California State Preschool (CSPP) - Offers full-day and half-day preschool services for children of low-income families in 9 licensed day care centers operating 249 days serving a total of 247 children.

Expenses: $3.7M

Alternative Payment Program consists of the CDSS Contracts C2AP, C3AP and CAPP and offers full or partial child care subsidies to (need and income) eligible families through a voucher program. This program is designed to maximize parental choice in selecting child care; parents may select licensed centers and preschools, licensed family daycare homes or license exempt in-home providers.We served over 200 families.See Schedule O for further details.
