Other trade tools: iipa advocates on behalf of its members to the u.s. Government and foreign governments on other trade tools, including trade agreement negotiations, the national trade estimate (nte), and trade preference programs, to spur improvements in intellectual property protection and enforcement and market access for the copyright industries in foreign markets.

Legal reform efforts: iipa engages with the u.s. Government and with foreign governments on legal reform efforts in foreign markets to improve copyright laws around the world.
