The mission of the international raoul wallenberg foundation is to develop educational programs and public awareness campaigns based on the values of solidarity and civic courage, ethical cornerstones of the saviors of the holocaust. Raoul wallenberg is the swedish diplomat missing since january 1945 after saving the lives of tens of thousands of jews and other persecuted during world war ii. To perpetuate the memory of raoul wallemberg and to foster the ideas, goals and aspirations that characterize and represent his life work by the encouragement of education and conferences; to aid, encourage, stimulate, foster and promote artistic and cultural activities relating to mr. Wallenberg.
