Credentialed, as a specialist in one of four right of way disciplines namely - appraisal, asset/property management, negotiation/acquisition & relocation assistance, plus the uniform act & appraisal cross certification; in addition, irwa's highest designation, the sr/wa or senior right of way professional, increasing their value to employers, clients and the profession. The international education conference is the association's annual gathering of right of way professionals (members and nonmembers) that offers attendees extensive learning opportunities to build their professional skills and enhance their career within the industry.
