Reproductions and distribution of educational and training programs, regional educational workshops and seminars - ISSA develops an array of educational and training programs, and resources to help member companies and their employees with regulatory compliance, environmental recommendations and to help company management and employees with awareness of safety and best practices on cleaning for health, to help member firms develop the management, sales, operational and technical expertise necessary to provide quality service and achieve their business goals. Offerings include regional educational seminars, specialized workshops, industry data, training guides, business tools, books and videos.

In Sept. 2019, ISSA entered into a cooperative agreement with a third party for the purpose of creating the Global Biorisk Advisory Council, a Division of ISSA (GBAC). GBAC is composed of international leaders in the field of microbial-pathogenic threat analysis, mitigation, response, and recovery; and provides training, guidance, certification, crisis management assistance, and leadership to government, commercial and private entities looking to mitigate, quickly address, and/or recover from biological threats and real-time crises. The organization's services include biorisk management program assessment and training, Forensic Restoration response and remediation, training and certification of individuals, accreditation of companies, and consulting for building owners and facility managers.

Annual merchandise and educational exhibitions ISSA and ISSA educational conferences are the premier events in the commercial and institutional cleaning industry with the purpose of changing the way the world views cleaning with its connection to benefit human health. The events provide multiple opportunities for those in the industry tonetwork and share ideas with one another, their suppliers, their customers and the top experts.
