Mission
To promote, support and implement educational, cultural, social and economic programs to serve the disadvantaged and under-priviledged people, to enable them to become self supporting and productive members of our society. To foster the spirit of mutual understanding and mutual assistance among people of different cultural and language backgrounds.
Programs

Refugee support services consisting of citizenship assistance and outreach services provided to over 200 limited english proficient refugees to help them adequately prepare for their citizenship test, and to enable them to interact with mainstream service providers in all life-essential situations as well as to connect with needed government-supported programs and services.
Community development initiatives consisting of translation, interpretation, consultation, technical assistance and training provided to 500 legal immigrants, government agencies, educational institutions and community-based organizations to facilitate communication, improve access to government benefits, increase social independence and foster mutual understanding and assistance.
