The Societys communications program delivers: 1) a website with significant resources on the expanding science and practice of pharmacoepidemiology, and presents ISPEs goals and objectives to current/prospective members, and the general public; and 2) regular email updates to members on developments in pharmacoepidemiology, or about ISPE.

Publications: 1) The Society provides a members-only subscription to Pharmacoepidemiology and Drug Safety, a leading scientific journal publishing definitive, peer-reviewed papers on the science and practice of pharmacoepidemiology; and 2) a Manuscript Initiative, which funds the development of resource documents focused on pharmacoepidemiology, pharmacovigilance, drug utilization research, outcomes research, comparative effectiveness research, and therapeutic risk management.

Membership: With membership of over 2000 in more than 50 countries, the Society is the voice of pharmacoepidemiology, pharmacovigilance, drug utilization research, outcomes research, comparative effectiveness research, and therapeutic risk management. Members gain access to a rich and formidable network of like-minded individuals entirely focused on these issues, combined with career mentoring and professional development.

The Societys education program delivers: 1) on-demand education sessions of a broad range of topics recorded at ISPE conferences and delivered online via the Education Center; and 2) a regular series of webinars based on current and breaking issues in pharmacoepidemiology presented by leading subject matter experts.
