International Society For Plant Pathology-Ispp

Ispp has among its goals promoting communication and cooperation with plant pathologists globally. To that effect, ispp plans and organizes the international congress of plant pathology which is the largest plant pathology meeting globally. This event includes keynote and invited speakers talking about the latest trends in plant pathology and agriculture. The last meeting was held in 2023 in france in partnership with the french phytopathological society, and the next one is scheduled for 2028 in australia with the australiasian plant pathology society. The planning for this event is actively in progress. Another key investment made is in the advancement of the journal of the society food security with the intention of greater communication of research to audiences around the world.
