Mission
The international stereotactic radiosurgery society (isrs) was founded as a worldwide organization in 1991 and remains the only professional body of its kind. Created to foster learning and research on the topics of brain and body radiosurgery, the society is highly dedicated to: 1. Promoting technical developments in stereotactic radiosurgery 2. Promoting the highest levels of clinical expertise 3. Convening every two years at the isrs congress. The isrs fosters technical development and research on the topics of brain and body radiosurgery by holding biennial congresses, maintaining a website, and other activities to encourage the exchange of information.

Isrs organizes numerous webinars as part of its educational activities to expand and update its members' knowledge and skill.
