Mission

Inventario is an organization dedicated to facilitating access to open data and public information about cuba. We are an independent, non-profit media company that combines accurate and investigative journalism techniques, open culture and civic technology to produce structured stories and resources that contribute to improving transparency, citizen participation and institutional accountability. We experiment with solutions and tools of all kinds to get information from the public interests in a closed context like cuba's, one of the most restrictive freedoms of the press, expression and access to information in the world.
