Invertigo dance theatre creates thought-provoking performances and programs that tell compelling stories, promote artistic and physical empowerment, utilize diversity in collaboration, and are accessible to communities that might not otherwise find joy in dance.

Dancing through parkinson's (dtp), created by invertigo dance theatre in 2011, provides year round dance classes for people living with parkinson's disease and their family, friends, and caregivers. Dtp classes encourage joy, community, strength, balance, flexibility, and keeping the mind alert. In addition to the physical benefits, dtp classes give participants an opportunity to express themselves creatively. In 2024, there were three weekly class locations in la county as well as digital offerings.
